Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead by hand for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.


Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot for 60 to 90 minutes until doubled in size.

Punch down the dough and divide it into small, uniform pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and coat with the cinnamon-sugar-butter mixture.



Arrange the coated dough balls in a greased Bundt pan and let them proof for an additional 30 minutes.

Bake in a preheated oven at 230°C for 25 to 30 minutes until the top is deeply golden and the center is cooked through.
