Using an electric mixer, beat the eggs and sugar in a large mixing bowl until thick and pale, then fold in the mascarpone cheese until combined.






Quickly dip the ladyfingers into the cooled matcha tea and arrange a layer in the bottom of a baking dish.



Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining cream.



Dust the top generously with additional matcha powder and refrigerate for at least 40 minutes before serving.
