Melt the chocolate using a double boiler setup, ensuring the bowl does not touch the simmering water to prevent burning.




In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened butter, mixing until the texture is smooth and creamy.






Spoon a thin layer of melted chocolate into the bottom of each muffin liner, ensuring it coats the base and slightly up the sides.


Place a small dollop of the peanut butter mixture into the center of each chocolate-lined cup.



Cover the peanut butter centers with the remaining melted chocolate, using the back of a spoon to smooth the tops.




Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes until the chocolate has completely hardened.
