In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all purpose flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.








In a separate bowl, mash the blackberries thoroughly using a potato masher.



Add the eggs and cooking oil to the mashed blackberries and stir to combine.





Fold the wet blackberry mixture into the dry flour mixture until just combined. If the batter is too dry, stir in the juice or milk.





Pour the batter evenly into the prepared loaf pans and bake for 60 minutes or until a tester comes out clean.
