Knead the dough thoroughly on a clean surface until it is soft and pliable, then let it rest covered for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into many small balls, roll each out into a very thin circular sheet, and layer them in a greased baking pan, brushing each layer generously with melted ghee.




Brush the top layer with a beaten egg and sprinkle with nigella seeds, then bake in a preheated oven at 230°C until the top is deep golden brown.




Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with honey while the bread is still hot.
