Add the rice to the boiling milk, reduce the heat to low, and simmer, stirring occasionally to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom.





Once the rice is partially cooked, stir in the ground cardamom, saffron, cashews, raisins, and sugar.







Increase the heat to medium and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the milk has reduced and thickened to your desired consistency.



Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and cook for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
