Turn the dough onto a clean surface and knead thoroughly for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm spot for 1.5 hours until doubled in size.



Shape the dough into croissant forms on a baking sheet and allow them to proof for 30 minutes.
