Turn the dough onto a clean surface and knead by hand for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm spot for 60 to 120 minutes until doubled in size.



Shape the dough into a loaf, place it in a loaf pan, and allow it to proof for an additional 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 230°C and bake the bread for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.

Once cooled, slice the bread and assemble the triple-decker sandwich with chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise.
