Slice the baguette lengthwise and hollow out some of the soft interior to create a channel for the fillings.



In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions and garlic until softened.





Fill the hollowed baguette with the sautéed onion mixture, your choice of meat, and generous slices of raclette cheese.




Season the assembly with salt and pepper, then place the baguette on the prepared baking sheet.
