Season the steaks generously on both sides with salt and pepper.


Preheat the grill to a high temperature. Place the steaks on the grill and sear for 3-4 minutes, rotating 32°C halfway through to create professional grill marks.



Flip the steaks and continue to grill for another 3-4 minutes until the desired doneness is reached.
