Add the flour and salt to the yeast mixture, kneading until the dough is smooth and elastic. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size.





Incorporate the remaining dough ingredients into the mixture, then fold in the softened butter. Knead the dough thoroughly until it passes the windowpane test, indicating proper gluten development.



Cover the dough again with plastic wrap and allow it to undergo a second rise until it has expanded significantly.



Punch down the dough to release air, divide it into three equal portions, and allow them to rest on a surface for 15 minutes.


Shape each portion into an oval, fold into thirds, and roll tightly into a cylinder. Place the shaped dough into prepared molds.


Bake the loaves in a preheated oven at 170°C until the crust is golden brown and the bread sounds hollow when tapped.
