Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using Breezful, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and age
You must be at least 18 years old to use Breezful. You must provide an accurate date of birth during email signup or after Google sign-in, before accessing product features, and keep your account information current. We may restrict access if an account does not meet this age requirement. If your stored date of birth is incorrect, use the account controls to request a correction.
The Breezful service
Breezful provides tools for meal discovery and planning, meal scanning, nutrition planning, workout discovery and scheduling, and cycle-related wellness planning. Features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be limited as we maintain and improve the service.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods secure and telling us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You may review active sessions, update available health and preference information in your profile, download your data, or delete your account in Profile → Account.
Wellness information is not medical advice
Breezful is a wellness and planning tool, not a medical provider. Its nutrition estimates, exercise suggestions, meal-scan results, cycle-related information, and other content are general and may not be right for you. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, exercise, or treatment, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Breezful, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person's account or data, upload malicious content, reverse engineer the service, scrape it without permission, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Your content
You keep the rights to information and content you submit. You give Breezful the limited permissions needed to host, process, display, and secure it so we can provide the features you request. For meal-scan images and results, this also includes retaining and using them after account deletion to train and improve our meal-scanning model, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to submit that content.
Availability and ending use
Breezful is provided on an as-available basis. You may stop using it at any time and delete your account from Profile → Account. We may suspend or end access when needed to protect the service, enforce these terms, or comply with law. Meal-scan images and results remain after account deletion for model training as described in our Privacy Policy. Other information may be retained where legally required or in provider backups and security logs until their normal retention periods end.
