Drizzle vegetable oil into a deep roasting tray and place it in the oven to heat for 5 minutes.




In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the plain flour and eggs until smooth, then stir in the grated horseradish.





Gradually beat in the semi-skimmed milk until the batter is smooth, then season with salt and pepper to taste.



Carefully remove the hot roasting tray from the oven, add the browned sausages, and pour the batter over them. Top with cherry tomatoes on the vine and return to the oven to bake for 30 minutes until the batter is puffed and golden.
