In a frying pan, sauté the chopped red bell pepper, mushrooms, and onion in butter until they are tender.







In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, spinach, eggs, 4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, the sautéed vegetables, and black pepper until well incorporated.








Spread approximately 1/3 cup of the filling onto each cooked lasagna noodle, roll them up tightly, and place them seam-side down in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish.


In a saucepan, heat the tomato sauce with marjoram, sugar, and garlic powder for 5 minutes, then pour the mixture evenly over the lasagna rolls.






Sprinkle the rolls with Mozzarella cheese and the remaining Parmesan cheese, cover the dish, and bake at 175°C for 40 minutes.
