Bake the tortillas for 16 to 17 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and slightly curled. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet at room temperature.



Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of refried beans onto each cooled tortilla base.


Layer each tostada with a portion of shredded rotisserie chicken, shredded iceberg lettuce, and diced tomato.



Top with a dollop of guacamole, sprinkle with cotija cheese, and drizzle with salsa. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime juice from the wedges and garnish with sliced jalapeños before serving.
