Pat the pork rinds completely dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness during frying.


Heat the vegetable oil in a deep-frying pot or heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat until it reaches approximately 175°C.



Carefully add the pork rinds to the hot vegetable oil and fry until they puff up and turn golden brown, using tongs to stir occasionally.




Remove the scratchings with a slotted spoon and drain them on a wire rack or paper towels.
