In the same pan, add the ginger, cumin, ground turmeric, ground coriander, and chilli powder. Sauté the spices for 1 minute until fragrant.







Add the crushed tomatoes to the pan, mashing them with a wooden spoon, and simmer for 5 minutes. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of water.




Stir in the peas and simmer for an additional 2 minutes. Return the fried paneer to the pan, sprinkle with garam masala, and stir to combine.




Divide the curry into two bowls, garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and serve immediately with naan bread.
