Add the maple syrup and cooking oil to the dry mixture, stirring thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Remove the pans from the oven once the granola reaches a light tan color and allow it to cool completely.


Once cooled, mix in the dried fruit and store the granola in sealed plastic bags.
