Heat a wok over medium heat and sauté the minced aromatics until fragrant.

Add the prawns to the wok, then stir in the dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Pour in just enough water to create a light sauce for cooking.








Continue cooking over medium heat until the prawns are opaque and the sauce has thickened to a glaze consistency.



Toss in the fresh Makrut lime leaves, stir once to incorporate, and remove the wok from the heat immediately.
