In a mortar and pestle, grind your chosen masala spices into a fine powder, then mix in the cooking oil to create a smooth marinade paste.

Heat a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat, add the marinated lamb chops, and reduce the flame to low.


Cover the pan and cook the chops for approximately 8-10 minutes, then flip them carefully using tongs to cook the other side until tender and fully done.
