Heat the cooking oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the ground lamb and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until browned.




Add the mixed vegetables to the wok and continue stir-frying for another 3 to 4 minutes.




Stir in the bean sprouts, mixed nuts, horseradish, mustard, ginger, and salt or soy sauce to taste.











Add the prepared rice noodles and Hoisin sauce to the wok. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes until piping hot.
