In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Add the yeast mixture, egg, and melted butter, mixing until a soft dough forms.







Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic, then cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes.


Roll the dough into a long rope and wrap it spirally around the chimney cake mold, pressing the edges to seal.


Brush the dough with melted butter and roll it in sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 25-30 minutes, rotating occasionally until golden brown.
