In the workbowl of a food processor, pulse the all purpose flour, sugar, and yeast to combine.

With the food processor running, slowly pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and process until a cohesive dough forms.

Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes, then add the salt and process for an additional 30-60 seconds until the dough is smooth and pulls away from the sides of the bowl.

Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface, knead briefly until smooth, form into a ball, and place in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 16-24 hours.

After the cold fermentation, divide the dough into 4 equal pieces, shape into balls, cover, and let rest for 15-20 minutes.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the minced garlic. Set aside.

Roll each dough ball into a 9-inch round. Use a fork to prick the surface 20-25 times, then lightly mist the top with water.

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place the dough in the skillet, sprayed side down, and cook covered until the underside is spotty brown, about 2-4 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until browned, then brush with the garlic butter and keep warm under foil.
