Heat the avocado oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.


Add the cubed tofu to the skillet and sear until golden brown on all sides, then remove and set aside.



In the same skillet, add the edamame and cook until tender and slightly charred.


Return the tofu to the pan, season everything with salt and black pepper, and toss to combine.
