0 gIn a large mixing bowl, combine the all purpose flour, salt, garlic powder, sage, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and corn. Mix thoroughly using a wooden spoon.










In a separate small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave. Add the buttermilk and eggs, then whisk until the mixture is well combined.






Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently about 15 to 18 times, just until the dry ingredients are moistened. Do not overmix.

Use an ice cream scoop to distribute the batter evenly into the prepared muffin tray.
