0 gRoll out the pie crust on a floured surface and use a round cutter to cut circles large enough to line the muffin tray cups.




Place the pastry circles into the muffin tray cups, pressing gently to fit, then fill each with a generous spoonful of the fruit mincemeat.


Cut smaller circles or star shapes from the remaining pie crust to place on top of the mincemeat, sealing the edges with a little water if necessary.



Bake the pies in the preheated oven until the pastry is golden brown and crisp.


Remove the pies from the oven and allow them to cool slightly on a wire rack before serving warm.
