In a separate small bowl, whisk together the cinnamon and the cinnamon swirl ingredients until smooth.



Pour half of the oatmeal mixture into a ramekin. Add half of the cinnamon mixture on top and use a toothpick to gently swirl it through the oatmeal.




Top with the remaining oatmeal mixture and spoon the rest of the cinnamon mixture over the surface in a decorative swirl pattern.



Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Switch the oven to broil and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
