Gradually add milk to the dry ingredients, mixing until a firm dough forms. Knead the dough on a clean surface until smooth.


Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/4 inch using a rolling pin, then use a knife or pizza cutter to slice it into small, uniform squares.



Heat the vegetable oil in a deep-frying pot to approximately 175°C. Fry the dough squares in batches until they are golden brown and crispy.


Remove the fried Chin Chin with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Allow to cool completely before serving.
