Add garlic slices, coriander powder, cumin powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil to the bag. Seal the bag and massage to coat the chicken thoroughly. Refrigerate for 10 to 12 hours to marinate.

Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Place the fries in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally for even crispiness.

While the fries cook, heat a frying pan over medium-high heat with a small amount of olive oil. Lightly toast the flatbreads on both sides, then remove and set aside.

Add more olive oil to the frying pan. Sear the marinated chicken in batches to avoid overcrowding, cooking for 5 to 8 minutes per batch until browned and cooked through.

In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, fresh mint leaves, freshly chopped parsley, a squeeze of lemon juice, and cumin powder. Season with salt to taste.

In a separate small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, cumin powder, onion powder, oregano, dried parsley, and cayenne pepper. Toss the cooked fries with this seasoning blend.

Assemble the wraps by spreading the yogurt sauce over the flatbreads, then layering with lettuce, onion, tomato, seasoned fries, cooked chicken, and feta cheese. Serve immediately.
