Season both sides of each chicken breast with seasoned salt and a pinch of pepper, then add to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and season with kosher salt. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 12 minutes, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.

Remove the chicken from the pan to a cutting board to rest. Reduce heat to medium and add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter and olive oil to the skillet.

Add the vegetables and red pepper flakes to the skillet, stirring to coat, and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic, salt, and pepper, cooking for 1 minute, then deglaze with white wine and reduce by half, about 3 minutes.

Stir in the milk, heavy cream, and reserved pasta water, bringing to a gentle simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Turn off the heat, stir in the Parmesan cheese and cooked pasta, season to taste, and garnish with fresh parsley.
