Add olive oil, all-purpose flour, bread flour, and salt to the bowl. Knead the mixture until it forms a tight, cohesive dough.





Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Lightly oil your working surface and knead the dough for 10 seconds. Cover and let it rise for one hour.

Sprinkle a little flour on the working surface, knead the dough briefly, then shape it into a tight loaf. Tuck the ends under and place it into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.





Cover the loaf and let it proof for another hour.

Preheat your oven to 200°C and bake the bread uncovered for 50 minutes.



Remove the bread from the pan once cooled and allow it to cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
