In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, chopped glass noodles, and filling ingredients. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper.






Place a portion of the filling onto each spring roll wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll tightly, sealing the edges with a little water.


Heat vegetable oil in a deep-frying pot or heavy-bottomed pot to 175°C. Carefully fry the spring rolls in batches until they are golden brown and crispy.



Remove the spring rolls using a slotted spoon and drain them on paper towels before serving hot.
