Cut the chicken breast into 3cm cubes and place them into a mixing bowl.





Add olive oil, smoky paprika, minced garlic, and vinegar to the bowl. Toss the chicken pieces until evenly coated, then season with salt and pepper.







Thread 2-3 pieces of marinated chicken onto each of the prepared skewers.


Heat a frying pan or griddle pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Sear the chicken skewers for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through and golden brown.
