While the potatoes are boiling, prepare the Raclette cheese by slicing it into pieces that fit your grill pans. Arrange the cornichons and pickled onions on a serving platter.







Preheat the Raclette grill. Place the sliced cheese into the individual pans and slide them under the grill to melt until bubbly and golden.
