Pat the steaks dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear. In a small bowl, mix the paprika, coriander, and black pepper, then rub the mixture evenly over both sides of the steaks.






Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat with olive oil. Once hot, sear the steaks for approximately two minutes per side until caramelized but still pink in the center.



Remove the steaks from the pan, season with salt, and tent loosely with aluminum foil. Let them rest for five minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.




Slice the steaks thinly against the grain, arrange on a platter, and top with the prepared orange salsa and any accumulated juices.
