0 gIn a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, shredded coconut, wheat germ, nigella seeds, almonds, and cardamom.







In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, honey, butter, grapeseed oil, orange juice, orange zest, peanut butter, and brown sugar. Heat until the sugar has completely dissolved.














Pour the warm liquid mixture over the dry oat mixture and stir until everything is thoroughly coated.


Fold in the candied ginger, dried cranberries, and raisins.





Lightly grease the parchment-lined baking dish with cooking spray or butter, then spread the granola mixture evenly into the dish.





Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the granola has turned a deep golden brown color.



Remove from the oven and allow the granola to cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
