Peel the oranges and cut them into small segments. Place the orange pieces into a dry frying pan over medium heat and sprinkle with ground cumin, salt, and pepper.






Sauté the orange pieces for approximately five minutes until they soften and release their natural juices, then remove them from the pan and add them to the bowl with the greens.
