Pour the milk into the dry mixture and stir until a cohesive dough forms. Turn the dough out onto a surface and knead lightly until smooth.

Heat the vegetable oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat until it reaches approximately 175°C.


Carefully add the dough balls to the hot oil and fry, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
