Add the chicken to the pot and sear until browned on all sides, then remove and set aside.



In the same pot, sauté the onion, green bell pepper, and garlic until softened.







Deglaze the pot by pouring in the red wine vinegar and scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.



Return the chicken to the pot and add the tomatoes, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.







Seal the lid and bring the pressure cooker to high pressure, then cook for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and allow the pressure to release naturally before opening.
