Slice the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the onion.





In a frying pan, heat the cooking oil over medium heat and sauté the onions until softened.




Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until browned, then pour in the prepared sauce and bring to a simmer.


Lightly beat the eggs in a bowl and pour them over the simmering chicken and onions, then cover and cook until the eggs are set to your preference.
