While the rice is still warm, gently fold in the sushi rice seasoning until well incorporated, then spread the rice on a tray to cool to room temperature.



Slice the cucumber into thin, long strips using a chef's knife and prepare the cream cheese by cutting it into manageable sticks.




Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi rolling mat, spread a thin layer of seasoned rice over it, and arrange the cucumber strips and cream cheese sticks in the center.
