Prepare the almond cream by mixing the almond filling ingredients in a bowl until smooth.




Slice the croissant dough into triangles or use pre-shaped croissants, then spread a generous amount of almond cream inside and on top.



Sprinkle the tops with sliced almonds and place them on the prepared baking sheet.


Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until the croissants are deep golden brown and the almond cream is set.
