Distribute the blackberries evenly into the bottom of the prepared ramekins, reserving a few for the topping.


In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until the batter is smooth and well-combined.









Pour the batter over the blackberries in the ramekins and garnish the tops with the reserved berries.


Place the ramekins on a baking tray and bake in the center of the oven for 30 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and set.



Remove from the oven and transfer the ramekins to a wire rack to cool slightly before serving warm with whipped cream.
